CHC33021- Certificate III in Individual Support

This qualification reflects the role of individuals in the community, home or residential care setting who work under supervision and delegation as a part of a multi-disciplinary team, following an individualised plan to provide person-centred support to people who may require support due to ageing, disability or some other reason.

Diploma of Mental Health

This qualification prepares workers to support clients with mental health issues through counselling, referrals, advocacy, and health education. It requires advanced knowledge of relevant laws, available services, and related health concerns.                          

Diploma of Community Sector Management

This qualification prepares middle and senior managers in community sector organisations to work independently, apply strategic skills, and deliver results aligned with organisational goals.

Certificate IV in Disability Support

This qualification prepares individuals to support people with disabilities in community or home settings, promoting independence and wellbeing through a person-centred approach. They work independently and may also supervise a small team.

Diploma of Mental Health

This qualification prepares workers to provide self-directed, recovery-oriented support for people with mental illness or psychiatric disability, through community-based programs in various settings. They work independently under broad professional guidance.

This qualification prepares community services workers to deliver and manage person-centred services with specialised skills, working independently under broad senior management direction.

Child, Youth and Family Intervention

This qualification reflects the role of those who work in youth and family intervention, including practice specialisations in family support. Workers operate under a broad supervision framework and within clearly defined organisational guidelines, service plans and position specifications.

Certificate IV in Ageing Support

This qualification prepares support workers in aged care to deliver specialised services in residential, home, or community settings, ensuring quality through individualised service planning within organisational guidelines.

Business & Administration

This qualification prepares individuals to lead organisational learning and capability development, using advanced skills to design and manage major learning initiatives with full responsibility for their own and others’ work.

Quality Auditing

This qualification prepares individuals for roles like Lead Auditor or Quality Assurance Manager, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to plan, conduct, and evaluate audits independently or as part of a team.
